Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce WebFamily Tech Solutions and promote services
- Answer inbound calls, provide information, and address client queries
- Follow up with leads and ensure client satisfaction
- Document and maintain accurate client information and call records
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets
- Build report with clients and address their needs to convert prospects into customers
Requirements
- Minimum 12th grade passed, any degree, or diploma
- Proficient in Tamil and English (other languages are a plus)
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Basic computer skills (internet, email, CRM software)
